Rules
This page is the binding version. If anything on the board or on the about page is worded more loosely, what stands here applies.
How rank works
In short: the highest amount is on top, and only the last 24 hours count.
- The board is a rolling 24 hour window. Every payment counts from the moment it is confirmed and drops out 24 hours later.
- The smallest bid is €3, in whole euros.
- Payments on the same target add up. Raising your rank only costs the difference.
- On equal amounts, whoever got there first stays on top. A tie therefore never takes rank 1.
- Rank is assigned when payment confirms, at whatever position the amount supports then. If someone pays more while you are checking out, you land below them.
- A category is a label and a filter. There is one ranking, not one per category.
What you can list
In short: a Twitch channel, an X profile, a Discord invite or a normal website. No gambling, and no shortened links.
- A Twitch channel, an X profile or the address of a site.
- Discord invites are explicitly allowed.
- Link shorteners and link-in-bio pages are not - their destination can be changed after review.
- No gambling, no case opening, no betting. No sexual content.
- Query parameters are stripped. Affiliate and tracking links will not work.
- Outgoing clicks carry
utm_source=forcebidso the target can see where the traffic came from.
What you are paying for
In short: a position on the board and a link, for as long as your payment is inside the 24 hour window. Not clicks, and not any particular number of visitors.
Every entry shows how often its link was opened. Those numbers are measured and shown for that reason - they are not a promise, and no minimum is owed. If nobody clicks, the service was still delivered: the position was held.
Entries nobody paid for
In short: some CS2 channels are listed for free. That costs nothing, buys nothing, and can be undone on request.
These entries are built from public FACEIT and Twitch profiles so the board is not empty. They carry no rank and no amount of their own. Being listed is not an endorsement and does not imply any connection between that channel and forcebid.
One consequence worth spelling out: because anyone may push someone else's listing, a channel that never paid anything can end up in the ranked part of the board. Where that happens, the listing says how many of its bids came from other people. If you would rather not be listed at all, say so and it is removed.
Pushes by other people
In short: anyone can pay to lift someone else's listing. The money buys a position on this board and never reaches that channel.
- A push is an ordinary payment on someone else's listing. It follows exactly the same price rule, and it counts towards that listing, not towards the payer.
- The payer may leave a name of up to 24 characters. It is shown on that listing's page, next to the amount.
- Names are typed by whoever paid and are not checked. They do not mean the channel knows, approves of, or is connected to that person.
- Every listing shows how many of its bids came from other people, whether or not a name was left. That disclosure is not optional.
- A push is not a donation, a tip or sponsorship. Nothing is passed on.
- We can blank a name on request without touching the payment or the rank.
If you do not want to be listed
In short: ask, and the listing goes. That applies whether it was seeded for free or pushed by someone else.
A removed listing stops accepting payments immediately - a later attempt is refused rather than taken. What happens to money already paid by other people for a listing that is then removed is decided case by case; there is no automatic refund, and there is no automatic forfeit either.
Placeholder: the contact address for removal requests goes here, and the refund position in the paragraph above must be settled with a lawyer before this site goes live.
Right of withdrawal
In short: because the service starts immediately, you give up the right to withdraw at checkout. Without that confirmation the payment is not taken.
What you buy is your payment counting towards the ranking. That service is fully performed the moment you pay. If you ask for immediate performance at checkout and confirm that your right of withdrawal ends with it, you have no right of withdrawal afterwards (Section 356 (4) and (5) of the German Civil Code). Without that confirmation there is no sale.
Placeholder: the full withdrawal notice and model form belongs here and must be reviewed by a lawyer before this site goes live.

forcebid is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to FACEIT, Twitch, Valve or Steam. It is operated by the same person as FACEITSync, but the two are separate products.
Privacy
In short: no cookies, no tracking, no account. What leaves this site is your IP to our host and to Cloudflare, and - only because of the profile pictures - to Twitch.
Controller in the sense of the GDPR is the operator named in the imprint above.
When you open a page
Our server writes the usual access log: IP address, time, the address requested, the referring page and your browser identification. It is kept for a short period to find errors and to defend against attacks. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR - operating a site that works and is not being abused.
No cookies, and no banner
This site sets no cookies at all and starts no session. The only thing stored in your browser is your choice of light or dark theme, and that stays in your browser. Nothing is read out of it. That is also why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
There is no analytics service, no advertising network and no social plugins. The typeface is served from this domain, not from Google Fonts.
Profile pictures come from Twitch
The pictures on the board are loaded directly from Twitch's image servers
(static-cdn.jtvnw.net). Your browser therefore contacts Twitch, and Twitch
can see your IP address in doing so. We have no influence over what happens there;
Twitch's own privacy policy applies. This is the only external service your browser
talks to on this site.
Cloudflare
Requests to this site run through Cloudflare Germany GmbH, which acts as a content delivery network and protects the site against attacks. Cloudflare processes IP addresses for that purpose on our behalf.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland. If you pay, the data you enter at the checkout - including your payment details - goes to Stripe, not to us. We never see or store a card number. We store the amount, the time, the Stripe transaction reference and the listing it belongs to, because that is what the ranking and our bookkeeping are made of. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, the performance of the contract, and Art. 6 (1) (c) for the retention periods required by tax law.
Listings that nobody paid for
A few thousand CS2 channels are listed here without anyone having paid. Their name, picture, country, FACEIT level and ELO come from the public profiles held by FACEITSync, whose users have connected those accounts themselves. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: a board for the CS2 scene is only useful if it is not empty on day one.
You can object at any time, without giving a reason and without any disadvantage. Write to the address in the imprint and the listing is removed. If you have a FACEITSync account, you will also be able to switch it off there directly.
The name next to a push
If you pay to lift someone else's listing you may leave a name of up to 24 characters. It is shown publicly on that listing's page. It is entirely voluntary - leave it blank and it shows as "anon" - and we will blank it on request.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. For Hamburg that is the Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
